This small gallery of lighthouses is a collection of working lighthouses from Maine and beyond.  Because there are so many lighthouse pictures, calendars and books everywhere, this gallery will feature lighthouses rarely noticed. Just as important to coastal navigation as the "picture perfect", they are part of life on our coast and deserve to be recognized. This gallery will have images taken along the east coast and wherever we spot these working beacons of navigation.
